Parcels are delivered by Australia Post. The postage complies with standards of Australia Post. No extra fee is charged for delivery. We estimate between 1 and 3 working days for delivery upon receipt of order. Register parcel and insurance are recommend to avoided any lost or damage. For those special delivery requirements please contact the store by email and we will reply (by email) within 48 hours. We will always endeavor to work with Australia Post to ensure prompt arrival of your products. However, there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process.

Payment Options
We accept cheque and money order. If you wish to pay by VISA or MasterCard, please ring Brighton Chocolates on (03)9596 6418.

Returns
We cannot exchange or refund goods due to the perishable nature of chocolate, so please order carefully.

Goods Damaged on Delivery
We take great care with the shipping of your order to ensure that it arrives in optimal condition. However, we cannot be held responsible if you are not present when your order is delivered, please ensure you get your order shipped were it can be signed for during business hours. Please note that if nobody is available to sign for delivery a card will be left allowing you to call our courier and arrange another delivery time or pickup from a local post office.

Refunds
We can only refund your order if it has not yet shipped, once your order has left our warehouse we can no longer refund your order. Please note that almost all orders ship same day, so let us know as soon as you are able if you wish to cancel your order.
